(“Borderfree”). We have a contract with Borderfree to ensure that they process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When we identify that your order is for international shipping, we collaborate with Borderfree to process your order. During the checkout process, you will be required to provide credit card and contact information (such as name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number) to Borderfree to complete your order. Once your order is completed, Borderfree will notify us of the approval, and we will then ship the approved orders to Borderfree. At the same time, Borderfree will purchase the product from us, giving them ownership of the product(s). They will bill your credit card, collect and remit any duties and taxes to the appropriate taxing authority, and arrange for the product to be delivered to you. In this process, Borderfree acts as the merchant of record and makes the sale to you.
